It's simple... We provide estate agency, property lettings and management services at great value.
We have been in property since 1986 providing acquisition, lettings and management services for landlords.
Due to demand from our landlords who were fed up paying high sales fees, we added estate agency to our services.
Our sales fee is only 0.5% inc VAT which is less than half the standard 1% + VAT (subject to min. fee, t&cs).
We provide an exceptionally thorough and comprehensive lettings and management service at affordable prices. Over 90% of our business is from recommendation which hopefully says a lot about our client satisfaction.
Our aim is to provide a better service than other agents at much better fees for our clients.
