Residential property lettings and management is our primary business, of which over 80% is from recommendation. Our business was founded by landlords for landlords - to offer property services at reasonable prices. We advertise your property on the two largest websites in Northern Ireland:

We offer flexible options for landlords:

MARKETING ONLY - we do the marketing and pass you prospective tenants. You do everything else and you pay marketing costs only, no letting fee.

TENANT FINDER - we do the marketing and viewings and pass you suitable tenants - you do everything else and save on your fee.

LETTING ONLY - we do all the above but also carry out the reference checks, install the tenant with tenancy agreement and carry out our written/photo inventory and condition report.

LETTING & MANAGEMENT - we will let your property as above and manage it, collecting rent and forwarding to you.

New regulations now require us to publish our fees for letting services. These will vary according to the service or combination of services that may be provided, and vary from £35 to £400.

Please contact us to obtain a full explaination of our fees. We will always try to beat any reasonable price and of course, our fees are VAT free.

Redress Scheme - We are members of The Property Ombundsman Redress Scheme

Client Money Protection Statement - Key One Property Ltd holds Professional Indemnity Insurance for the protection of it's clients. We subscribe to the principals of client money protection, which in the main requires us to hold client monies in dedicated client accounts that are independant of the letting/management entity. We believe that membership of a CMP scheme provides absolutely no additional protection for clients and in our opinion is simply unecessary and expensive red tape, the cost of which we would have to pass on to our clients. We therefore do not subscribe to any of the voluntary schemes. We will keep this under review. We are very proud that we pay our clients much faster than many other letting/management agents and we are happy for prospective clients to talk to any of our existing clients (with their permission).
