We will do our best to find you a good tenant that will pay their rent on time every time and keep your property in good condition, however we would be being dishonest if we said that things didn't always go to plan. For that reason we offer:
RENT GUARANTEE & LEGAL EXPENSES INSURANCE
This covers rent arrears and eviction legal costs and is relatively inexpensive. Contact us for full details.
WHAT ELSE WE DO....
We will normally take a month's rent in advance PLUS a deposit higher than the monthly rent.
We will carry out referencing and credit checks, and ask for a GUARANTOR, that is someone who will take responsibility to pay the rent (and any other costs) if the tenant either cannot or will not.
