The average Belfast rental is now £1037 per month according to recent figures.
- NI average is now £891
- One bed apartments are now £696 average
- Five+ bed homes £1672 average rent
- Belfast most expensive area to rent (prices rose 10.5%pa)
- Fermanagh/Omagh cheapest to rent (prices rose just 2.9%pa)
High rent prices have been a result of dwindling rental stocks as landlords have been forced out by high interest rates, over-taxation and over-regulation.
