The property portal Zoopla has said that NI house prices will continue to rise quickly in Northern Ireland to catch up with the rest of the UK. Their house price index shows that in 2024, NI property prices rose much quicker than any other region of the UK, in fact it was almost double that of the second fastest growing location. Their index from Nov 23-Nov 24 shows that NI prices rose by 6.8% whilst the north west of England rose by just 3.5%. The slowest mover was the south east of England at 0.7%.
