NI rents continue to rise. A 1.7% increase in Q2 of 2025 brings the annual rise to 7.3% so far. So what are the biggest and smallest earners?

• Apartments are up 9% pa against houses at 6.4% pa.
• Two bed houses increased more than larger houses.
• One bed apartments increased more than larger apartments.
• Belfast is the most expensive at £1,143.00 per month.
• Mid Ulster is the cheapest at £739.00 per month. 
• Almost half of all properties available to rent where in Belfast. 
• Enquiry levels have fallen slightly compared to 2024.
