So let's put some bones on that:

Fee - our fee is just 0.5% inc VAT against the usual 1% + VAT (this excludes marketing costs - ours are similar to other agents).

Rent - by selling with a sitting tenant, the landlord was able to retain three months rent which was in excess of £2,400. We regularly sell landlord to landlord.
