The most expensive place to live in Northern Ireland remains Lisburn & Castlereagh, with an average house price of just under £200,000. The lowest, yet again is Derry City & Strabane at just under £125,000. The top rankings are:

1. Lisburn & Castlereagh £199,687

2. Causeway Coast & Glens £173,029

3. Ards & North Down £183,641

4. Belfast £168,874

5. Newry & Mourne £166,252
