Budget: Stamp duty extended to June 21

The Chancellor has extended the stamp duty holiday until June 2021, so if you are thinking of taking advantage of this, start looking now ! To benefit from this, you need to be sale agreed by around April. There was no rise on Capital Gains Tax in this budget, despite predictions, however when asked by The Telepgraph if he would rule it out, the Chancellor refused to comment. 

If you are thinking of selling you will be pleased to know that Key One Property sale fee is only 0.5% inc VAT. That is less than half the price of most other agents!
