The Royal Chartered Institute of Surveyors (RCIS) has reported that in May 2021, the gap between demand and supply for property was at it's widest since 2013. They say that the figure is -21%. But they believe that this is being driven by the stamp holiday extension and that demand and supply will start to even out over the summer. If you are thinking of selling your home, Key One Property charge just 0.5% fee including VAT. To put that into context, if your home is worth £150,000 you would save £1050 on your estate agent's fees using Key One over an agent charging 1% + VAT.

Note: fee subject to t&cs, min fee. Excludes marketing package from £99 inc VAT.
