Ormeau Road the "in" place to live.....

The Ormeau Road, around Ballynafeigh, is fast becoming one of Belfast's most "in" places to live. This is in part due to the emergence of a vibrant "cafe culture" on the road, which has now some great cafes, coffee shops, delis and restaurants. Post-lockdown, people want to step out of their homes and enjoy these within easy walking distance. New and established eateries such as Shed and Stove Bistros, District, General Merchant and Kaffe O, mingle with the likes of Bread & Banjo Bakery and Indie Fude Deli to make BT7 a food lover's paradise. For that all-important outside space, residents have Ormeau Park on their doorstep. This all undoubtedly adds to the appeal of the area and unsurprisingly, this is reflected in property prices. We recently listed a two-bedroom terrace in Deramore Street at £165,000 and offers went significantly above the asking price within days of coming onto the market. For property sellers, it’s not just the house prices that are great news but the cost of actually selling your home has been slashed. Key One Property charge just 0.5% inc VAT, less than half of many other agents. To find out more go to www.keyoneproperty.co.uk/sell.

Note: 0.5% fee subject to min fee, t&cs + marketing package.
